I have led R&D projects on SiC for more than 3.2M€, submited ten industrial patents and published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers. I am skilled in Nanomaterial development/characterizations, Nanofabrication, electrical/optical characterizations, TEM, process development, device development and Physics.
